MACAQUE ATLAS DATA SETS in SumsDB
The macaque F99 atlas (cerebral and cerebellar cortex) can be accessed in several ways. Pressing any of the links below takes you to a SumsDB archive that can be either:
- viewed in WebCaret (by pressing the "brain" icon), or
- downloaded (by pressing the disk/download icon).
It is often useful to preview the datasets using WebCaret, then download any that will be useful for your ongoing analyses.
CEREBRAL CORTEX
"Standard-scene" datasets are useful starting points for ongoing analyses of the right hemisphere, left hemisphere, or both hemispheres concurrently.
A variety of surface and volume data using scene displays (same dataset as the home page icon)
Guided tutorials through the Macaque F99 atlas:
The Macaque F6 atlas is a population-average atlas based on 6 individual MRI volumes; it is useful for mapping monkey fMRI data to the atlas.

CEREBELLUM
Macaque.F99UA1.Cerebellum.LR is based on an individual subject scanned at high resolution.
